There’s no hiding it; NFT’s are ugly. Between disturbingly rendered apes and 8 bit portraits, there’s not a lot of eye pleasing choices. What was alarming to me was hearing that “trading cards” were being made into NFTs. And worse yet, they were of the infamous Youtuber, Logan Paul. You have to look around and ask yourself, “Who’s buying this stuff?”.
There’s a billion and one ways to share content online. While there’s some giants in the game of social media, there’s thousands of separate sites, each with a handful of users. The problem with having such a large number options, and even larger number of viewers, security can become an issue. Reveal too much about yourself, and it might come back to bite you.

Easter Break is coming up and I’m glad that we are having some time to rest here at SCC. I personally have a lot of school work to do and I’ve been looking for some freelancing opportunities… But I wish I could be doing something else instead.
My family is currently living in Germany and their spending their Easter Break in Paris, of all places! I’m so jealous. I wish I could be doing that for my Easter Break instead. They have sent me pictures of Notre-Dame, the Eiffel Tower, and the Catacombs, and I know they plan to visit the Louvre Museum [ Jealous!! Those have to be so cool to visit! Sorry there’s nothing but pine trees for you here ].
I hope to get to do these things eventually!

NFTs were based on a de-centralized method of transaction. The blockchain is independent of normal currency, typically requiring digital currency for transactions. And if you’ve heard a little about BitCoin, you know how unruly it can be. NFTs are no different. “Buying in” can be a sort of investment… if you’re lucky! For some NFT go-ers, that’s the whole point. So, what are NFTs? Are they just a lucrative form of stock? Are they honest to goodness artwork? That may be left to the buyer.
